  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1 to 5 business days of your order, made-to-order custom products will ship within 2 to 7 business days and then it will take between ten days to three weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Really Posh Gifts has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. Please note that shipping times are estimates, once your product is sent to the courier, it is no longer within our control. Kindly use your tracking number or contact the courier service directly. In case you still have any concern, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

      2. What's your return policy?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Kindly cancel your orders within 24 hours to prevent your order from being sent out before cancellation process is initiated. 

     4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order caused by us, for example, if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us and send pictures that clearly shows the problem and we’ll give you a refund or resend another item based on your choice. This rarely happen as we put due diligence into our fulfilment process as well as quality control check. We will be responsible for the return shipping fee for the product you want to send back to us.

    5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges but customers will be responsible for the shipping fees except it is an error from our side. If for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

   6. How about COVID-19 IMPACT on DELIVERY? 

Dear customers, due to the unpredictable nature of the current pandemic and frequent changes in policies on how to combat the spread of the virus, fulfilment , shipping and delivery times may be affected and take longer than estimated times. This is beyond our control and we really appreciate your support during this trying times global.
